In the Omega 3 are important substances needed by the body such as the EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and LNA (linolenic acid). EPA and DHA are found in fish, while LNA is found in many plants, including green vegetables.

DHA serves as a wrapper neural networks that play a role in launching the command nerves and nerve stimulation delivered to the brain.
EPA works in helping the formation of blood cells and heart, the circulatory system healthy blood circulation.
LNA role in generating energy from food consumed and then bring it to body cells that need it. Omega 3 is needed until we are old.
